  1. 1 cupmung sprouts
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1 capsicum chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1/4th cup peas
  6. 100g boiled flower
  7. 1potato boiled and mashed
  8. 1 tspgarlic paste
  9. 2tbsp tomato puree
  10. 1/2cup water
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  13. 1/2tspturmeric powder
  14. 1tsp pavbhaji masala
  15. 1tsp coriander powder
  16. 1tbsp chopped coriander
  17. 1tbsp butter

  1. 1

    Heat butter in a pan, add onion, garlic paste, capsicum and tomato. Now add spices and some water, peas. Cook for 5 mts

    Add tomato puree mung sprouts, boiled mashed potato and mashed flowe. Cook covered for 10mts. Now add chopped coriander.

    Serve hot with bread or pav and Kachumber salad.
