Heat butter in a pan, add onion, garlic paste, capsicum and tomato. Now add spices and some water, peas. Cook for 5 mts

Add tomato puree mung sprouts, boiled mashed potato and mashed flowe. Cook covered for 10mts. Now add chopped coriander.

Serve hot with bread or pav and Kachumber salad.
