Ingredients

  1. 8-10kakrol / kantola, sliced
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 1/4 tsp.turmeric powder
  4. as requiredoil to deep fry
  5. 1 tspcoriander leaves, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix together sliced kakrol with salt and turmeric powder.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them in batches till golden in colour. Drain on a kitchen towel.

  3. 3

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve as appetizers with kasundi / green chutney.
