First we will prepare chicken balls. For that cut the chicken into small pieces than add this in a mixing jar. Then add all the ingredients mentioned above in the section like chopped onion, capsicum, spring onion, green chilli, garlic pods, salt, mustard oil, white wine vinegar, soya sauce and mustard oil. Now blend them into a smooth paste.

Now with the double boiler method, just apply some oil over the strainer/plate and make small balls out of the chicken paste and place them over the strainer. Now cover the vessel and let it steam for 30 minutes. Now remove them and keep it aside.

Now take a pan; add 2 tsp of oil & shallow fry or saute the chicken balls for about 2 minutes and keep this aside.

Now we will prepare sauce. For that in a small bowl, add all the sauces mentioned above like green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, white wine vinegar, soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix everything well and keep it aside.

Now heat a pan, add a tsp of oil and saute the onion and capsicum cubes for about 30 seconds and keep them aside.

Next in the same pan, add 2 tsp of crushed garlic. Saute it for about 30 seconds then add the prepared sauce mixture in it. Then add some chopped spring onion and mix it.

For making cornflour slurry, add 1/4th cup water and 2 tsp cornflour. Mix them well without any lumps. Now add this mixture in the pan. Add little salt and and a tsp sugar. Mix them well. Then add fried chicken balls and fried capsicum and onion cubes. Combine everything well. Now sprinkle some white sesame seeds too and coat everything well with the sauce mixture.

Switch off the flame. Your steamed chilli chicken is now ready to serve. Serve it hot with fried rice and enjoy this healthy meal with your friends and family.
