First of all half-boiled potatoes, if they are small, keep them whole, if they are medium, cut them in half and stuff them with garlic paste.

Add the rest of the spices to the namkeen farsan (whatever you have at home) for stuffing the chillies.crush them in a mixer, add lemon juice and oil and mix.

Wash and dry the chillies and cut them. Now stuff the prepared masala into it. Make the slices of pulled potato.

Collect the ingredients of the fritters (bhajiya) pudding and prepare the dough with water.

Now heat the oil in a kadai on medium flame and fry the potatoes with garlic, stuffed chillies and patri (sliced potato) coated with besan paste.

Mix fritters are ready to serve.enjoy the bhajiya with green and red chutney in rainy days.
