Cheese paneer mini samosa

First of all add oil and salt to the all-purpose flour and mix it. Now make a medium dough with water. Cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes

For the stuffing, grate the paneer and cheese in a mixing bowl. Add onion, capsicum, ginger chili paste, coriander. Add the boiled potato and mash it. Now add all the spices and mix. Stuffing is ready.

Now take lemon size ball from the dough and make big thin rotis. Roast it slightly raw and cut a vertical strip from it.

Now prepare the wheat flour batter. Take a strip of samosa and fill it with the stuffing in a cone-like shape. Cover it and stick it with the help of batter. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the samosas golden on low to medium heat.

So the delicious crispy cheese paneer samosa is ready. It is served with green chutney and sweet sour chutney.
