Cooking outdoors on the BBQ with friends is always a celebration, and it's a great way to make ragù to enjoy with pasta or on toasted bruschetta made right on the grill.

Finely chop the onions, carrots, and garlic, then sauté them in a skillet on the BBQ.

Add the paprika and salt. Cut the meat into cubes about 1 x 1 1/4 inches (3x2 cm).

When the vegetables are cooked, add the meat. Let the meat and vegetables brown together, then deglaze with the white wine.

Set the BBQ to low heat, add the tomatoes cut into quarters, and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
