  • 2Italian sausages
  • 2pork shoulder steaks
  • 10 1/2 ozbeef chuck (about 300 grams)
  • 2onions
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 2carrots
  • 2 1/4 lbsvery ripe Picadilly tomatoes (about 1 kg)
  • 1 tablespoonpaprika
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • as neededExtra-virgin olive oil,
  • 1/4 cupwhite wine (about 60 ml)

    Finely chop the onions, carrots, and garlic, then sauté them in a skillet on the BBQ.

    Add the paprika and salt. Cut the meat into cubes about 1 x 1 1/4 inches (3x2 cm).

    When the vegetables are cooked, add the meat. Let the meat and vegetables brown together, then deglaze with the white wine.

    Set the BBQ to low heat, add the tomatoes cut into quarters, and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
