Steps

Peel and wash corn cob.

Grate corns in grater.

Dry roast besan and keep aside.

In a pan add ghee and mustard seeds allow to crackle.Add cumin seeds and coriander, chilli crush and curry leaves.

Saute for a minute and add grated corn.Add dry roasted besan.Mix well.Cover and cook for two minutes.

Now add milk.After milk evaporates add salt and chat masala.

Turn off the gas and add lemon juice.

Serve with coriander leaves and fresh coconut.Chatpata bhutta kis is ready.
