First deep fry the fish.

Preheat your pan and add cooking oil. Stir fry the onions until slightly brown.

Mix all your spices in a bowl and add abit of water to form a paste.

Add the spice paste to the pan and continue stir frying.

Add your green pepper and coriander and continue stir frying.

Add coconut milk to form a paste and continue to stir. Add the fish into the pan and soak them in the paste.

Cook for a while and then add water and leave it to boil to form soup. Add salt to taste.

Tip: Tilapia can overcook easily and crumble. To avoid the mess use tongs to turn the fish instead of stiring.
