Ingredients

1/4 cupbutter
1 lbhamburger
1/2 cuponion, chopped
1/4 tspgarlic powder OR 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
4 Tbspflour
1 can(small) mushrooms WITH liquid (optional)
8 ozsour cream
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1 canwater OR milk
12 ozcooked noodles

Steps

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; add hamburger, onion and garlic. Cook until hamburger is done. Do not drain.

Add flour and mushrooms; cook for 5 min. Add sour cream, mushroom soup and water.

Stir and let simmer ~30 min. Pour over cooked noodles.
