Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupbutter
  2. 1 lbhamburger
  3. 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  4. 1/4 tspgarlic powder OR 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  5. 4 Tbspflour
  6. 1 can(small) mushrooms WITH liquid (optional)
  7. 8 ozsour cream
  8. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  9. 1 canwater OR milk
  10. 12 ozcooked noodles

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; add hamburger, onion and garlic. Cook until hamburger is done. Do not drain.

  2. 2

    Add flour and mushrooms; cook for 5 min. Add sour cream, mushroom soup and water.

  3. 3

    Stir and let simmer ~30 min. Pour over cooked noodles.
