Ingredients

15 to 20 minutes
Serves 4 to 5 servings
  1. 1.1 lbsboiled, cooled potatoes (about 500 grams)
  2. 2-3 tablespoonspotato starch or cornstarch (about 20-30 grams)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 2-3green chilies, finely chopped
  5. Oil for pan-frying
  6. 2 to 3 tablespoons thick plain yogurt
  7. Sweet and tangy chutney
  8. 2-3 tablespoonssavory snack mix (like sev or crushed potato chips)

  1. 1

    Peel and grate the potatoes. Add the potato starch or cornstarch and chopped green chilies.

    Add salt and mix well. Grease your hands with oil and shape the mixture into small patties.

    Heat oil on a skillet and pan-fry the patties until they are crispy and golden brown on both sides.

    Top with yogurt, sweet and tangy chutney, and sprinkle with savory snack mix before serving.
