In order to make dorma at first we have to make filling. Heat up refined oil in a pan and fry peanuts and paneer lightly.

Now fry potato cubes lightly. In the mean time grind the inner part of parwal in a grinder to make a fine paste. After frying is over fry curry leaves, green chillies and poppy seeds. Add ginger paste and some salt. Saute it for some time.

Now add parwal paste into it and cook it for nearly 5 minutes until it gets thickened. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, kashmiri laal mirch powder, laal mirch powder and turmeric powder. Mix them well. Now add peanuts fry, fried paneer cubes and potato cubes.

Cook them well until it becomes crispy. Switch off the gas and set the filler aside for half an hour. Now pour the filler into the parwals tightly.

It is the time to cook dorma now. Heat up a pan with mustard oil and fry cumin seeds. Add ginger paste and saute it before adding tomato paste and raisin, watermelon seeds poppy seeds paste. Cook them in medium flame until it gets sauteed. Add laal mirch powder, kashmiri laal mirch powder, turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Now pour some water into it. Cook it for nearly 5 minutes.

Now pour filling parwals into the gravy. Cook it by covering the lid until the parwals are well steamed. Spread grated mango and garam masala. Cook it in low medium flame for 3-4 more minutes.

Now my Mango Paneer Parwal Dorma is totally ready to serve with rice or rooti.
