Prepare all ingredients.

Peel and dice the mango and dragon fruit into small cubes. Set aside.

Prepare a container or dish.

For the first layer (Fruit Jelly A), spread the diced mango evenly on the bottom of the dish.

Mix the gelatin powder and sugar together, then add 2 cups water (about 480 ml) and stir well. Bring to a boil, making sure the gelatin is fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture over the diced mango. Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate.

After about 1 hour, check if the fruit jelly layer has set.

For the second layer (Fruit Jelly B), spread the diced dragon fruit evenly on the bottom of the dish.

Mix the gelatin powder and sugar together, then add 2 cups water (about 480 ml) and stir well. Bring to a boil, making sure the gelatin is fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture over the diced dragon fruit. Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate.

After about 1 hour, check if the fruit jelly layer has set. Then proceed to the third layer (panna cotta).

Mix the gelatin powder and sugar together, then add 3 cups whole milk (about 720 ml) and stir well. Bring to a boil, making sure the gelatin is fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture over the fruit jelly layers. Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate.

Chill for about 3 hours until fully set.
