First of all, add 2 tbsp of warm water in rajgira seeds and mix it with both palm.let it be dry on cotton cloth for 30 minutes. Tie a thick cloth or napkin in the valan (rolling pin) or stick with string as shown in photo👇.

Heat 2 thick bottomed kadai on high heat. Only after it gets hot, add about 2 spoons of Rajgira and rotate it with a cloth tied velan.Once the Rajgira is all puffed up, you can then use a sieve to discard the un-popped ones. Once cooled can be stored in an airtight container.
