  1. 1 cuprajgira seeds
  2. 1 cupjaggery
  3. 2 tspghee
  4. 2 tbspcashews nuts

  1. 1

    Heat a pan start with roasting 1tsp rajgira keep stirring continuously until the puff up all well. Then sieve roasted rajgira in a small amount and keep the puffed rajgina in a bowl.

    Heat 2 tsp ghee ina pan and put jaggery at the jaggery melts cook for a while then turn off the gas add puffed rajgira and cashew nut mix well. Then spread in a dish and make piece rajgira. Now our rajgira Burfi is ready.
