Ingredients

  • 1-1.25 lbchicken breast
  • 1 cupgreek yogurt(nonfat if cutting)(full fat if bulking)
  • 1 tablespoonmelted butter
  • 1/2 tablespoonsmoked paprika
  • 1/2 tablespooncurry powder
  • 1/2 tablespooncayenne pepper
  • pinchsalt

    Score your chicken breasts diagonally(slicing them to create grooves but not cutting all the way through)

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in a glass tupperware container and mix

  3. 3

    Put in the fridge to marinate 20 minutes - 8 hours

  4. 4

    Heat up a pan on the stove on high, add some olive oil

  5. 5

    Place both chicken breasts in the pan and cook 5-6 minutes on each side

  6. 6

    Once the chicken is almost done, put it in the oven to broil for 2-3 minutes before serving with rice or naan.
