1 cupBroken wheat
3 tablespoonghee
1/2 cupjaggery
4 cupswater
1/4 teaspooncardamom powder
5-6 sprigssaffron (optional)
2 tbspdry fruit chopped
3-4almonds for garnishing

First of all, heat 4 cups of water in a pan, add jaggery and melt it. In another side heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add broken wheat and roast till golden color.

Then add boiled jaggery water, add cardamom powder, saffron in it.Mix everything well and cook for 3 to 4 whistles on medium flame

After the pressure release, open it and add dry fruits. Fada lapsi is ready, decorate with almonds from above. This way lapsi becomes ready instant in the pressure cooker.
