Sattu is a superfood in India.It has 25-30 grams of protein in 100 grams of sattu.I have used chana sattu, jaggery milk and water.These pancakes are super nutritious and tasty.It has calcium, potassium and fibre.It helps in digestion and controlling blood sugar.It is very good for vegetarians.

Steps

Mix sattu, jaggery powder,baking soda and butter.

Add milk and whisk till jaggery melts.Make a smooth batter.It should coat a spoon.

Heat tawa,grease it with butter and clean with the help of a tissue paper.Put some pumpkin seeds and then pour a ladle full of the batter on tawa,do not spread.Hrat should be low to medium.Sprinkle butter on the sides of the pancake,cover and cook for 2-3 min.then flip it over and fry.

Your nutritious sattu pancakes are ready to serve.Serve it hot with honey.
