Ingredients

20-30 mins
6 servings
  1. 2onions
  2. 1whole pod of garlic
  3. handfull of green chili
  4. approx. 1Kg of spinach
  5. approx. 500g of white beans
  6. Water to boil
  7. 5 Tbspoil (I used sunflower oil)

Steps

20-30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash spinach thoroughly

  2. 2

    Cut spinach until very small then place in a bowl

  3. 3

    Next wash your white beans then boil when finished place in a colander

  4. 4

    Once all the water has run through place in a bowl

  5. 5

    Cut all of your Garlic, chilli and Onions and keep separate read next step before cutting

  6. 6

    To cut your chilli cut it in half long ways so you have two halfs that are long

  7. 7

    To cut onions cut in quarters then cut again

  8. 8

    Now you can start cooking

  9. 9

    In a Big wok,put the stove on high, place your oil, and wait till it's hot

    Then, add your garlic. When garlic is golden, add your onions and add two peices of green chilli to taste

    When onions are golden, add your spinach mix 2-3 times then add your white beans

  12. 12

    Mix for 1 minute then add in all your green chillies and mix

  13. 13

    Once done mixing, cover, then put on low heat to sit for 5-10 mins

  14. 14

Hi, what type of beans do you use please? I have this dish from an amazing place near me in London but it’s always too busy to ask. We have cannellini beans here which I normally referred to as white beans, but I think they look like white or young soya/edamame type beans. Hope you can help, I really would love to make this dish today :) many thanks
