This is a sort of authentic Bengali dish which tastes way better than it looks! I would definitely recommend you try this whether it's by itself or with rice!

Wash spinach thoroughly

Cut spinach until very small then place in a bowl

Next wash your white beans then boil when finished place in a colander

Once all the water has run through place in a bowl

Cut all of your Garlic, chilli and Onions and keep separate read next step before cutting

To cut your chilli cut it in half long ways so you have two halfs that are long

To cut onions cut in quarters then cut again

Now you can start cooking

In a Big wok,put the stove on high, place your oil, and wait till it's hot

Then, add your garlic. When garlic is golden, add your onions and add two peices of green chilli to taste

When onions are golden, add your spinach mix 2-3 times then add your white beans

Mix for 1 minute then add in all your green chillies and mix

Once done mixing, cover, then put on low heat to sit for 5-10 mins
