Marinate the fish with lemon juice, salt, and garlic paste cover and leave for 15 minutes.then wash the fish and keep in a sieve to drain the water.
heat oil add onions fry till gets light golden, add ginger paste and fry few seconds, on low flame.

Then add tomatoes, cumin seed, bay leaves, garam masala powder, salt, red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric cook for 5-6 minutes. Add water 1/2 cup and cook till the oil comes on surface on low to medium flame.
Now add the yogurt and cook till the oil comes on surface, on low to medium flame. - 3

Add the fish pieces, do not mix it only pick the pot and move it in a rotating motion, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add fresh coriander, green chillies, mint leaves mix and cook on high flame till the oil again comes on surface.

#For_Assembling_the_Biryani:
In a large pan add half of the boiled rice, top with all fish masala with fish pieces then add the leftover rice and sprinkles some food colour, dried plums, lemon and tomato slices cover the lid with a tea towel and simmer it for 7-8 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy. - 5
#Tip:
For the best results In this recipe use any meaty and thick white fish.
If you same like me mix a food colouring with water in two separate bowls add 2 tblsps cooked rice mix strain and add top of your rice and steam.
