Tzatziki dip Tzatziki dip
Tzatziki dip....classic Greek appetizer...there was a time when I was obsessed with Greek food...specially the dips...Everytime we went out I would insist on going to a restaurant which served authentic Greek food so that I could order a meze platter...but then I decided to make it at home so I could enjoy it whenever I wanted...and one of those dips is this easy to make and healthy tzatziki sauce or dip...it can be made in advance and is a perfect condiment for burgers or as a dip for pita bread or veggies...This is my contribution to #CookClick Sumeet Kaur (Recipes and more by Sumi)

Tzatziki with Dill (Greek Yogurt Dip) Tzatziki with Dill (Greek Yogurt Dip)
Dill! One of my favorite herbs, and I think it goes perfectly in Tzatziki. Tzatziki is a classic appetizer in Greek cuisine. It has Turkish origins, and its name comes from the word cacık. The main ingredient is strained yogurt, to which grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, and a little olive oil are added. taVrina Gar.Lit.Sef.

Classic Tzatziki Classic Tzatziki
How could tzatziki possibly be missing from my list of recipes? I didn’t try tzatziki until I was 20, during some unforgettable camping trips as a college student (you know, the kind where you spend all day in your swimsuit and keep finding sand everywhere until January). My friends thought it was unthinkable that I’d never had it, so I ended up loving it and eating tzatziki five days in a row! Ναυσικά

Tzatziki Tzatziki
What could be more refreshing, flavorful, and summery than tzatziki? It's so quick and easy to make, and it goes perfectly with any meal! You can adjust the amount of garlic depending on how spicy you like it. With my ratio, it comes out quite spicy. Λεμονιά Πούλου
