Ingredients

30 minutes
For Sweet Tooth
  1. 1 approx 150 GramsRipe Avocado pulp
  2. 3/4 CupHomemade Paneer
  3. 1/4 cupCondensed milk
  4. 2 tbspMilk Powder
  5. 3 tbspcoarsely crushed cashew almond
  6. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  7. 1 tspclerified Butter

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Make ingredients ready.
    Peel an avocado and pulp it.

    In a nonstick pan add ghee and avocado pulp saute on slow flame.
    When the mixture merges with ghee,add milk powder and paneer.
    Mix again.

    Now add condensed milk, crushed cashew almond and cardamom powder.
    Mix very well.
    When the mixture starts in the dough form, switch off the gas and let it cool a bit.

  4. 4

    Transfer the mixture in a glass container,level it and sprinkle the rest of cashew almond chunks.
    When it gets completely cool, make a piece and serve.
    Yummy avocado Kalakand is ready..
    Enjoy..
