Steps

Make ingredients ready.
Peel an avocado and pulp it. - 2
In a nonstick pan add ghee and avocado pulp saute on slow flame.
When the mixture merges with ghee,add milk powder and paneer.
Mix again. - 3
Now add condensed milk, crushed cashew almond and cardamom powder.
Mix very well.
When the mixture starts in the dough form, switch off the gas and let it cool a bit. - 4
Transfer the mixture in a glass container,level it and sprinkle the rest of cashew almond chunks.
When it gets completely cool, make a piece and serve.
Yummy avocado Kalakand is ready..
