Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and add chopped nuts.

Fry for a minute and then add crushed fine sewiyan.

Roast for 2-3 minutes and then add milk.

Let it boil and then add condensed milk, rose essence and cardamom powder.

Add sugar and mix well. Cook for a minute and switch off the heat.

Transfer in the serving bowl, granish with pistachios and almonds.
