Steps

Boil 1 litre water in a pan, add 1 tsp oil and add lasagna sheets Boil 8-10 minutes.

Drain and wash under running water. Keep aside

For making salsa, heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and saute few seconds. Add chopped tomatoes and salt.

Add 1/2 cup water and cook till done. Add chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.Mix and keep aside.

Heat a pand and add oil, add chopped onion and saute 1 minute. Add sliced capsicum,grated carrot and a pinch of salt saute on high flame for few seconds. Keep aside.

Now take a 6×6 inch baking dish. Add 2 tbsp salsa, then arrange a layer of lasagna sheets. Add 2-3 tbsp tomato salsa and half of the onion-capsicum mixture. Add a layer of cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and mozerella cheese.

Repeat the process once again. Sprinkle chillu flakesand garnish with capsicum strips and black olives.

Pre-heat an air fryer on 160°C for 5 minutes. Put the baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes on 160°C.

After, 12 minutes capsicup ladagna is ready to be served.
