Steps

Wash carrots and peel, cube, set aside. Roast moong dal and Dalia separately and add to a bowl soaking for 10 mins

In a wok heat ghee and add whole red chillies, green chiliies, cumin seeds and bay leaf, stir for 2 seconds and add carrots to cook.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and cook for 3-4 mins, add Dalia and moong dal and mix well

Add water and salt and mix well, add peas and cover to cook, keep stirring to ensure the Khichudi doesn’t stick to the bottom

Drizzle ghee and garam masala powder and cover. Enjoy
