First of all, coarsely grind mint leaves and green chillies. Sift wheat flour and add grated cheese, chilli mint paste, salt, kasuri methi, roasted cumin powder.mix it properly. Make medium dough with water.Grease it with oil.

Now make a medium size ball of dough and roll the parathas. Fry it on a tawa with butter on both sides in medium to low flame.

Cheesy Mint Parathas are ready, can be served with tea, pickle or with curd.
