Remove the skin of ridged gourd and wash it. Then grate it and keep aside

In a big bowl, add wheat flour, besan and semolina and mix well,then add salt,turmeric powder red chilli powder, again give it a good mix. Now add water slowly take care that lumps are not formed.

Now in mixer jar add ginger,garlic,green chilli, fresh coriander leaves and grind.Add in the above mixture.

Now add grated ridged gourd, and mix well.

Now take a tawa and heat it.Add little oil and sesame seeds once it splutter add the above mixture, keep it thick and allow to cook well from one side,then change it and cook well. Serve with chutney of your choice.
