Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcurd
  2. 2 tbspchia seeds
  3. 1/2pears cut into small chunks
  4. 1 tbsproasted flax seeds
  5. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  6. 1green Chilli slit
  7. 5-6curry leaves
  8. 1 tbspghee
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take curd add little water and whisk. add chia seeds then mix well. keep in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

    Take out the bowl add pears chunk,flax seeds and mix nicely.

    Add salt and cumin powder. mix again.
    take a tadka pan add ghee then add mustard seeds, slit green chillies and curry leaves. when they splutter turn off the flame and pour this tadka on the prepared curd.

    Now enjoy the calcium rich healthy bowl of curd.
