Quiche is a French tart consisting of pastry crust filled with savoury custard and pieces of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. I have made crustless quiche from egg and flour with added veggies.

Quiche is a French tart consisting of pastry crust filled with savoury custard and pieces of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. I have made crustless quiche from egg and flour with added veggies.
Steps

Finely chop all veggies in a vegetable chopper.

In a big mixing bowl, take milk, add egg and whisk well.

Add flour and mix well again.

Add boiled and mashed potato and chopped veggies.

Now add salt, cilantro and baking powder.

Add half of chilli flakes and crushed black pepper.

Now mix all well to make a thick batter.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan and pour batter in it.

Cover and cook till one side done, flip carefully and cook from another side till both sides cooked well.

Flip again, sprinkle grated cheese and herbs, cover and cook again for 2 minutes.

Delicious egg and veggie quiche is ready to serve.
