Red poha cutlets

Wash, soak poha in water for 1/2 hr, strain it. Add in a mixing bowl, in goes mashed potatoes, mix it thoroughly till smooth.

Now add onion, green chilli & ginger, in goes red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala & salt, add in dhania patta, mix it thoroughly.

Add in corn flour, mix it nicely, keep aside for 10 minutes.

Rub your palm with lil oil, take small portions, roll them in the cylindrical shape, keep aside.

Mix maida with water (adjustable), make a semi thin slurry. Take out the bread crumbs in a dish, keep aside.

Now take a wok, add oil, heat it. Dip cutlets one by one in maida slurry, coat it with bread crumbs, deep fry it on moderate flame in batches until brown. Take out in a bowl.

Plate it, serve it with any dip or sauce...
