In a mixing bowl add corn rava,gram flour (kadalai maavu), rice flour (arisi maavu), Chopped Ginger, Chopped Green Chili, Coriander leaves, curry
leaves, salt. - 2
Now add little water and mix well to form a thick mixture.
Keep Aside this mixture for 30 to 40 minutes.

Heat the oil in a kadai (pan) - drop the mixture one by one.

Deep fry in low medium flame.
Stir Occasionally (till it turns Golden brown).

Drain fried Pakoda (fritters) in tissue paper.
