Prepare stuffing mash boiled potato mix chopped red chilli salt red chilli powder.Adjust spices according to your taste.Make a dough of all-purpose atta salt Ajawain water.

Make small balls roll out stuffing cut both sides of the roti as shown in pic wrap one by one strip well press a little.Use a clove to make eye of the fish.Repeat for the rest of the dough.Heat oil in a kadhai.Deep fry these samosa.

Jau ka atta fish shape samosa is ready.Take out and serve with slice onion red chilli and tomato sauce.
