Red Poha Vada is a very quick and instant recipe. You can enjoy it as a breakfast, snacks, in a tiffin box, or in parties.

Wash thoroughly at least 4 times red poha in running water. Soak in water for 10 minutes.

Squeeze out extra water. In a mixing bowl, add poha, curd, chopped onion, salt, hing, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, chopped coriander, curry leaves, green chilli, and ginger chilli paste. Mix well. Add rice flour as a binder to make vada.

Combine a mixer like a dough. Make balls. Press each ball and impress a hole.

Now heat a kadai, add oil. On a low to medium flame heat oil. Fry poha vada in oil in batches. Fry both sides till turns crispy and golden yellow in colour.

Ready to serve. Serve ot with masala tea, coffee, chutney or tomato ketchup. Enjoy..
