Lightly drain the tofu. Boil the edamame in salted water and remove them from the pods.
Finely chop the chicken breast.

In a bowl, combine the drained tofu, hanpen, chicken breast, edamame, and potato starch. Mash and mix everything together. Add more potato starch if the mixture seems too wet.

Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and pan-fry the patties.

Cook until both sides are golden brown. They're ready to serve.
