Water Spinach Fritters
Steps

Take fresh and washed Water Spinach leaves.

Finely chop Water Spinach leaves. Finely chop green chilli also.

Transfer chopped leaves to a mixing bowl, add salt + Maida + Rice Flour + Chaat masala + Poppy seeds and mix gently. Sprinkle slight water to bind properly.

Heat sufficient Oil in pan / kadhai, start dropping Fritters and shallow fry till crisp, fry under low to medium flame.

Flip and fry the other side too. Water Spinach Fritters are done.

Serve with Tomato ketchup and serve hot hot.
