Steps

Wash, peel and grate ridge gourd.

Chop onion and coriander leaves.In a mixer jar add coriander leaves, garlic and ginger make paste.

Heat oil in a pan add onion.Cook till get tender.Add ginger, garlic paste.Add grated ridge gourd and salt.Cover and cook for seven minutes.

Add peanut powder and saute for two minutes.Turn off the gas.Our ridge gourd techa is ready to eat.
