For panipuri paste
2 tbspchopped coriander
2 tbspfresh mint leaves
1 tsproasted cumin seeds
1/2 tspblack salt
1/2 tspdry mango powder
3-4green chillies
1 inchpiece of ginger
1 tspvinegar
2 tbspwater

Blend the ingredients in paste section to a paste and keep aside or you can use readymade. Heat oil in pan add asofedita, and onions amd saute for 2 mts. Add boiled chana and matar

Now add spices, add mashed potato and water and cook for about 10m

Now add chopped coriander and the panipoori paste.

Fill in the pooris. Add sev and onion and dip in panipuri water.
