Firstly the soaked the daal then grind itand make a thick paste.

Then cut all the arbi patte in bowl and wash it.Mix the daal paste in it with salt,mirchi adrak lehsun paste,lemon juice,coriander powder and Red chilli powder.

Now take a steamer and grease the plate with oil and make muthiya of it and steam it for 10 minutes. Then put it to cool and cut them into pieces.

Now take a wok heat the oil add rai and sesame seeds then onion and saute it till it gets golden brown. Now add pieces of arbi patte,Turmeric powder,Red chilli powder, coriander and amchur powder and mix it properly.

Saute it for five minutes and serve it hot with chutney.
