Dice the meat, onions, tomatoes and the green chillie

Start by putting a piece of green chillie at the end of the skewer,followed by a piece of meat,

Then onion, another piece of meat, a tomato and lastly a piece of meat again.

On a heated grill, put the mshikakis, sprinkle some soy sauce using a barbeque brush, keep turning them one by one
- 5
Do that repeatedly, until the mshikakis turn golden brown and a little crunchy. and ready to be served.
