Ingredients

  1. chicken 500 g boneless
  2. 50 grefined flour
  3. 1 tbcornflour
  4. 1/2 tbbaking powder
  5. water as required
  6. soya sauce
  7. 60 gred chilli sauce mixed with tomato puree
  8. salt as required
  9. ginger garlic 5g each
  10. 5 gbrown sugar
  11. 2 tbolive oil
  12. 1 tbtomato ketchup
  13. fat 100ml for frying
  14. 1 1/2 tbvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, cornflour, baking powder and make a thick batter using cold water. Cold water gives crispy texture.

  2. 2

    Dip the chicken in the batter and fry in medium hot oil till golden colour

  3. 3

    Take a sauce pan and add the mixture of tomato puree, ginger garlic, soya sauce, sugar powder, oil, vinegar, ketchup and seasson with salt as required

  4. 4

    Reduce the mixture to thick consistency

  5. 5

    Remove the fried chicken and pour the above mixture to it

  6. 6

    Serve hot. Garnish with some coriander leaves. Enjoy 😊👌
