Steps

Wash the kales then slice them. In a separate bowl break the eggs. In a frying pan heat the oil. Add fine chopped onions and let it simmer for 1 minute.

Add fine chopped tomatoes and lt it cook until its soft

Add the kales and stir for two minutes

Add the beaten eggs and add salt to taste

Stir until the egg cooks

Serve hot with ugali or rice
