Hyderabadi famous Iftaar item or snack that's equally popular amongst all. But this time these are given an innovative twist by me with the use of Baby Potatoes and not the usual big one's. These Aloo ke Bhajiye are the perfect melt-in-mouth goodies that can be served for evening snack at Tea-time or Shaam Ki Chai.
Potato slices coated in luscious Gram flour batter and then deep-fried to perfection for that crisp and crunchy texture on the outside and soft Potato slices on the inside.
Serve them alongside any Dip or Chutney of your choice.
The Baby Potatoes can be thinly sliced and then fried to perfection. These mini Aloo ke Bhajiye/Fritters are definitely a treat on a rainy evening at Tea-time or Shaam ki Chai.
And in Monsoon or Rainy Season, these are a treat to our tastebuds. That's the craze of these Bhajiye or Fritters or Pakoras. Baby Potatoes looked so very beautiful and my family just loved it.

Steps
- 1
Make a smooth semi-thick yet fluffy and a smooth batter with all the ingredients mentioned. Mix well and keep aside for a good 20 to 30 minutes or so. This is a must. The standing time given is enough for fluffy and soft fritters.
- 2
Deep fry in hot oil on a medium-high heat dipping each slice in the batter and sliding into the kadai carefully. See to it that they are coated well with the batter. Cook until golden brown and done. Serve them piping hot with any chutney of your choice. Yum!
- 3
Enjoy these lip-smacking fritters with a hot cup of chai or coffee when it's pouring outside. The weather plus these bhajiye will definitely make your day. Relish!
