Abc soup is traditional soup that mostly chinese (malaysian, singaporean, indonesian) cook at home.
Soup is the best dish when I miss my hometown food. This ABC chicken soup is the dish that I used to have since kids.

100-150 grchicken (any parts)-chicken wings
100 grcarrots
150-200 grpotatoes
1 piecetomato
2-2.5 ltrwater
1 tbspsliced spring onions
1 tspfried onions (optional)
1-1.5 tspsalt

Prepare the ingredients: wash the chicken, peel/slice potatoes into cubes, peel/slice carrot into chunks, slice the tomato into four pieces.

On your stove, place a pot and the water. Bring the water to boil.

Place in the chicken, tomato. Let it cook until it is boiled, bring it to simmer.

Place in the potatoes and carrots. Bring the soup to boil and simmer it back for another 25 minutes.

Add some salt. Make it a taste.

Add the spring onion. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

The soup is ready to be served.
