  1. 500 gramsflour (A)
  2. 250 gramswater (A)
  3. 1 tablespoonsugar (A)
  4. 1 TSPsalt (A)
  5. 1 TSPinstant dry yeast (A)
  6. 2 tablespoonsolive oil (A)
  7. 1 packagefresh large white mushrooms (B)
  8. 30 gramsbutter (B)
  9. 1/2 TSPsalt (B)
  10. 2medium sized tomatoes (C)
  11. 1/2medium sized red onion (C)
  12. 2 clovesgarlic minced (C)
  13. 1/2 TSPsalt (C)
  14. 1 handfulparsley leaves (C)
  15. 1/2 TSPblack pepper (C)
  16. 2 tablespoonstomato paste (C)
  17. 250 gramsgrated mozzarella cheese
  18. canoil spray

    To prepare the dough add the solid ingredients, mix them well and add the water. Max dough into a single ball; but don't knead for a long time. Cover and let sit for hours.

  2. 2

    Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms in a single layer. Turn to the other side when brown. Add salt after they get cold in a side dish.

  3. 3

    Add all (C) ingredients in a blender. Check the desired consistency and taste. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Take half the dough after it has risen and roll on a floured surface with a rolling pin into a thin layer to cover up the whole area of your pizza stone.

  5. 5

    Now we assemble everything. First spray the pizza stone with the oil. Spread the dough. Add the tomato sauce then the mozzarella cheese and finally the mushrooms.

  6. 6

    Stick in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes or until the dough moves easily on the stone and the surface of the pizza is golden brown.

  7. 7

    Slice the pizza and serve after 10 minutes rest.
