Seasoned Quail Eggs Made with Canned Quail Eggs

I love quail eggs and wanted to make a lot to enjoy, so after some trial and error, I came up with this recipe. This recipe uses a whole can or bag of quail eggs in water, like those sold at Asian grocery stores, and seasons them all in one pot. It's perfect as a make-ahead side dish or a snack with drinks.
