Ingredients

2 People
  • 900 gpeeled Maris Piper Potatoes
  • 2-4large peeled raw Carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    I used my grater Tefal Attachment disc too grate automatically the raw peeled Carrots and Potatoes, but can use a manual Cheese grater. Grate all of the raw carrots and potatoes and then place in a large metal Mixing Bowl and then combine by stiring with a Dessert Spoon etc.

  2. 2

    Add half of the mix too a large zipper Food Bag and then the other half too another one and then freeze both of them in a Freezer

  3. 3

    Once frozen will need a small pair of scissors too cut through the Plastic Food Bag and then place on Baking Parchment Paper on a Baking Tray or defrost in a large clean Frying Pan or cook from frozen from the Frying Pan on the lowest hob heat, or bake in the oven on the Baking Tray, the frozen one's will take longer too cook. If shallow frying will need to constantly be at the hob stove in order too make sure that the Rosti has not become too crisp and burnt
