Makhana Kheer

Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee. Let it heat add makhane. Roast it for few minutes till turn crispy. In the same pan add almonds and cashews. Roast it turn golden and crispy. Keep aside. Take a kadhai add milk and wait for a boil. Then simmer milk under low to medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

Take a grinding jar add 1 bowl makhana. Grind it a coarse. Add into the milk and stir it in medium flame.

Same a grinding jar add almonds, cashews. Grind it coarse. Add into the milk and stir it.

Then add whole roasted makhane and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add pistachio, cardamom powder and raisins. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Check the thickness and switch off the flame. Makhana Kheer is ready now. Let it cool. Serve it and enjoy..... 😋😋
