Peel your balls of potatoes and slices to your desirable size and leave in water.

You add salt to it for taste.

After which you put your frying pan on fire with groundnut oil in it. you allow it to be hot.

You can now start frying your potatoes

Along side the frying you can also start your fish sauce or wait after frying the potatoes.

For your fish sauce, you blend your tomato, pepper, onion, and ginger together.

After cutting and washing your fish you season it and put it in a pot after which you add your blended ingredients, Maggi, oil then you put on fire you allow to fry to your taste.

Your fried potatoes and fish sauce is to be served
