Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Water
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 handfulGreens, Green leafy vegetables(Spinach, coriander, cress etc.)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the leaves (5 mm-1 cm) and mix them with the rice and water at the beginning of cooking

  2. 2

    Cook rice with two times of its volume (2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice).

  3. 3

    Sprinkle a pinch of salt on rice porridge
