I was tired of the usual tomato and onion kachumbari so i learned from a friend a new way to make kachumbari interesting. I hope you like it. Enjoy!
Steps

Dice the tomatoes and cucumber, slice the onions and cut the coriander

Blend the oil, soy sauce and salt in a bowl

Toss the vegetables together and mix with the soy mixture.

Chop and add the avocado and then mix all ingredients together.

Serve with fried rice, meat, ugali, fish and many other foods.
