  • 1 cupsattu flour
  • 1 cupjaggery powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cupclarified butter
  • 1 table spoon raisins

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add ghee and sattu flour.

    Roast for five minutes till ghee separates.

    Add two cups warm water. Cook till flour thickens.

    Add jaggery powder and cardamom powder.Add raisins.

    When flour thickens and leaves sides of the pan.Turn off the gas.Our sattu flour halwa is ready to eat.
